15 Epic Parenting Moves

Every generation thinks they're better than the one before them, and they fear the incoming one. The skills these folks employ to deal with their little rascals show just how difficult today's youth can be. Just look at how much funnier parents are getting.

Hungry for Wifi

These days, most of us would rather go a week without food than wifi. If you have the leverage, use it. All's fair in love and war...and household chores.

Thought you could live at home and mooch off your folks forever? These parents remind us that everyone has a breaking point, but maybe your parents will let you stay if you ask nicely?

The Hardest Game You'll Ever Play

The Hardest Game You'll Ever Play

Talk about pressure! Don't worry, you'd only have to spend an entire week getting all these chores done to guarantee freedom. Ironically, making the bed and lying in it isn't one of the options.

Why do you torture us so?

Looks like wifi is the common bargaining chip amongst today's parents. It must be working too if so many people are using it. We wonder what happened to the kids who just gave up.

Is that bowl frowning?

Is that bowl frowning?

Sure, it probably took longer for these parents to create, print, and cut their sign than it would have to just do those few dishes, but passive aggressiveness clearly prevails!

Such a Demanding Washing Machine

Have you ever seen parents more concerned about laundry? We haven't, but we're really curious about what exactly this kid has done with laundry in the past. It must have been traumatizing.

You know you're in trouble when...

It's one thing for a teacher to yell at you, but you know you're in real trouble when your mom, who's supposed to love (and hopefully coddle) you forever has truly had it.

Shoddy Security

To be fair, a rubber band and plastic bag might not be the most effective way to keep your kid from their belongings. The sign is intimidating though.

This bucket is like that briefcase in "Pulp Fiction." We just want to know what's so precious that it's going to convince this kid to do multiple chores.

The Guilt Receipt

Does this remind anyone else of when they'd lose their retainers and get the lecture about how much those cost? We'd just like to know how much this kid regrets ever picking up an instrument.

In the Dog House

Just a blanket and no pillow? We're hoping this family lives in a pretty safe neighborhood or else that could be one rough night. Hey, at least they didn't take away the wifi!

Where are the cameras?

Of all the grievances these parents have, this one seems like it might be a bit unnecessary. If a kid wants to clean their clothes twice, the fresher the better! Maybe they should request a contribution for more detergent though.

Toothee's Remorse

This kid, Elliott, could not look less amused by the letter he received from The Offices of Tooth and Fairy. This is probably the greatest tooth fairy-related letter we've ever had the pleasure to read though, even if it is threatening to remove someone's teeth.

Remember when your parents and teachers told you not to post anything you'd one day regret? We'd like to know just how much these baseball fans regret giving their moms this choice mocking material.

Beware

Beware

Treat people the way you want to be treated, especially the people who house, feed, and clothe you, or else they might make a lasting declaration for everyone to see.
